Wall Clock round up

I was emailing with my friend Heather yesterday about kitchen clocks and it got me thinking about the selection of wall clocks in the design world—a lot of repeats out there. One thing is undeniable, George Nelson is the king of clocks. I quickly put together a little round-up of some of my favorites, hopefully there's a little something in here for everybody. Clockwise from top left: 1949 George Nelson Sunburst Clock ($360) shown in Walnut; Ikea Pugg wall clock ($20), this clock hangs in my kitchen, I love it for its simplicity; the eco-friendly Cork Clock ($60) by Sam Johnson; my dream clock—the 1957 Max Bill wall clock ($400-$445)—isn't it so German?; 1958 George Nelson Sunflower Clock ($1,015); For the Dutch Design fans Book Clock ($46) by Sjoerd van Heumen. Below is the KoeKoeK clock ($77 each).

I find it interesting that most of the clocks are propped in a way so the time reads 1:50 or 10:10.
