Design isn't simply about furnishings. It's tactile, It's textures, It's sensual. You can have a room looking as good as a spread from Domino Magazine that people might not feel comfortable in because it's 65 degrees or too quiet. That's at least how I'm going to justify writing about BEN KWELLER'S new self-titled album in a design blog. Rarely in the age of iTunes do I buy an entire album, but this one is worth buying. And, the best part is, it's versatile—great for a party, for sitting around, driving to work, dinner, anything. It's melodic, it's nostalgic, it's sassy. This upbeat record will fill your space with soul without being obtrusive. Simply put: It's everything you want and nothing you don't.
