Salt Tasting Room

I was recently checking out the Salt Tasting Room via their website and remarked that not only do I love the simplicity of the design but also that it looks exactly as a restaurant that specializes in artisinal cheese, small-batch cured meats, and great wines should—simple, urban, rustic. I also think that I need to get to Vancouver so I can check this place out in person. I always envy people who have cool industrial lights like the above shot hanging over a bar or even kitchen. They're stark, yes, but also playful in a modern art sort of way—perfect for loft living.
