Getting Closer...

We've found the place we want, it's a 1920's building that's been completely gutted and it's even more perfect because it is right on a private park. Now we just need to keep our fingers crossed that we can sign the lease and lock it up. Above is a shot of our *hopefully* future balcony that looks out to the park. The place needs a serious paint job—someone went a little crazy with the "bachelor pad burgundy" and "park ranger green", so if we get this place expect some paint color posts in the future.
