Svenskt Tenn

I really wish the US Dollar wasn't worth .16 Swedish Kronors, that's over six bucks to their one. Very sad, especially when I'm looking through the Svenskt Tenn website, a Swedish design institution that's been around for 80 years. The store was opened in 1924 by Estrid Ericson, ten years later Josef Frank joined the team—leading to a magical collaboration that ultimately defined Swedish Modern. Their legacy continues to inspire Scandinavian designers and contemporary designers all over the world (Brooklyn's Deadly Squire being one that immediately comes to mind). Click here to check out the wonderful furniture, textiles, tableware, pewter, and lighting at Svenskt Tenn, just remember the price gap is horrific!

$1 = SEK 6.5 so the prices may not be too horrific after all.
