Hue Are What You Eat

I'm not sure how I feel about these 2009 Alex Birdsall "Hue Are What You Eat" C-Prints ($300 unframed) that are food color specific. I wouldn't own one, but they're fun to look at. Unframed they measure 8" x 10", and you can check out the complete series right here. Above: Blue
