According to Larry over at The Ok Store, Dansk has a new creative director that really jibes with the company's history. Lots of re-issues will be happening, and of the many, the return of Jens Quistgaard's combined salt and pepper mills ($50). They were originally made in Denmark from solid teak but then production moved to Malaysia and then to Thailand where the quality got progressively worse. Larry says from his blog, "The new ones are not quite as nice as the very first but are substantially better than the second and third generation. They are new and clean, sport ceramic grinding mechanisms and work really well."
