Someone the other day asked me what I'm most looking forward to in terms of moving to a new place design-wise. I blurted out that I'm really looking forward to composting. I've been wanting to get going with it for a while (it just makes so much sense!), but the condo bylaws of our building don't allow it, even on the smallest scale. I saw this compost guide on Apartment Therapy and thought it was such a great resource that I'd post it here. Check it out!

i am using a bokashi right now. i was planning to post on it soon. takes up almost no space in the kitchen and no weird odor.
